Pulëbardha — "Seagull's Beach" — is a dramatic, cliff-backed pebble cove between Saranda and Ksamil, with white-to-grey pebbles, vivid turquoise water and some of the best snorkeling on the coast (underwater visibility often 15–20 m). It's small and scenic, with a restaurant built into the limestone rock.
