Spile is the seafront quarter, below the old castle village and along the SH8 coast road. From the shingle of Spile Beach it is a walk of a few minutes inland; from the bus stop on the main road, a little further downhill.

Parking on Rruga 2 Dhjetori itself is limited — most people arrive on foot, since the street is pedestrian along this stretch.

On Rruga 2 Dhjetori in Spile, the seafront quarter of Himarë. UMI is the rooftop level of a white corner building; the two black signs reading Cocktail & Sushi are at first-floor height, and the stair up is on the corner.

What is on the menu?
Ten courses: starters, salads, tartars, nigiri and sashimi, noodles, casual rolls, UMI's own special rolls, chef's combos of twenty or forty pieces, main courses including salmon teriyaki and crispy duck, and desserts.
Is there anything for vegetarians?
Yes. Edamame, Bao Veggie and spring rolls among the starters, the Gomma Wakame salad, Veggie Noodles, and Vegetable Maki from the casual rolls.
Is the terrace really on a roof?
It is. The deck occupies the top of the building, open to the sky, with timber pergolas over part of it and a glass balustrade around the edge. Olive trees and palms stand in planters along the deck.
What time does UMI open?
