Palermo Beach is een rustige kiezelbaai aan de baai van Porto Palermo, net ten noorden van de landtong gekroond door het driehoekige fort van Ali Pasha. De kust bestaat uit grind en kiezels met laag struikgewas en rots erachter, en het heldere turquoise water waar de baai om bekendstaat. Het is een van de vele kleine zwemplekjes rond de beschutte inham, geschikt voor een rustige zwembeurt weg van de drukkere stadsstranden van Himara.
