The cart is on the seafront at Himarë, in the run of places along the walkway. It has no frontage of its own, so the thing to scan for is the long off-white board along the front of it — the name printed across it in fat yellow letters with a red outline — and a glass display case standing beyond its far end.
The board

It runs the whole length of the counter, and the strip across the top of this page is that same board. A red star and a cartoon smiley at the left, HAPPY CRÊPES in fat yellow letters with a red outline, the words Best in town, and two photographs of filled crepes printed at the right-hand end.
It stands on the paving, side-on to the walkway.
Himarë's seafront is a long paved walkway with a dense row of places set back off it, running the length of Spile Beach. The cart is out on the paving itself rather than behind that line, with the board facing the walkers, so it reads from further away than the shopfronts do. Come along the seafront and you will pass it.

Is it made to order?
Yes. The crepe cooks on a round griddle on the counter, the filling goes on while it is still on the plate, and it is folded and handed over there.
Can I take it away?
Yes — folded into quarters and wrapped halfway in greaseproof paper, made to be eaten walking. The same crepes also come out on plates, at the timber tables along the stretch.
Is there a menu online?
No. The cart carries its own board, printed with the name and with photographs of filled crepes, and a smaller panel at the end showing a jar of chocolate spread and bananas. What it is doing on the day is what you can see from the walkway.
