En julio y agosto los locales más populares frente al mar y los mejor valorados se llenan a las horas punta de la cena, así que conviene reservar con un día de antelación o llegar pronto, antes de las 20:00 aproximadamente. Fuera de temporada alta rara vez hace falta reservar.

La mayor concentración está en el paseo marítimo de Himara y el frente marítimo de Spile, donde tabernas, pizzerías y cafeterías frente al mar se suceden una al lado de otra. También hay locales muy bien valorados en el casco antiguo y repartidos hacia el sur en dirección a Qeparo, por la carretera costera SH8.
