Palasë is the first long beach you reach descending from Llogara Pass — a broad sweep of pale pebbles and exceptionally clear turquoise water at the northern end of the Riviera. Once a quiet stretch, it now anchors the Green Coast development, with beach bars, water sports and restaurants alongside still-undeveloped sections.
