Twenty square metres each, bunk beds, air conditioning, linen on. What separates the three tiers is the balcony and the bathroom — nothing else.
Oasis on the Beach sells beds, not rooms. Eight rooms hold sixty guests, and every one of them is a mixed dorm; there is no private room on the hostel's own booking engine or on either of the platforms it sells through. If you are travelling as a pair you book two beds in the same room.
The Deluxe rooms face the water and open onto a balcony over the shore road. The Standard rooms keep the ensuite bathroom and lose the balcony. The Basic rooms have a patio and shared showers, and the twelve-bed among them is the cheapest bed in the house.

Bathroom in the room, no balcony. Quieter, and cooler once the afternoon sun swings round.
Basic
The cheaper end: a patio rather than a balcony, and the showers down the hall.
