Arriving
By car, and when you get there
By car. Himarë is on the SH8 coast road. The house is on the hillside above Potam, and the closest airport is Vlorë International, about 84 km away by road. Parking at the house is free and private, and you do not need to reserve a space.
On foot. Potam Beach is about 800 metres down the hill and Prinos about 900 metres. The town beach at Spile is about 1.7 km. Going down is easy; coming back up after a day on the beach is a climb.
Arrival time. You can check in at any hour, but tell the hosts roughly when you will arrive so someone is there. Payment is cash only, at the house.

Inland, the hills climb to the mountain ridge.
