How do I book Marika's Apartments?
Send the hosts a text or call them on +355 69 820 1307. The Book now button opens a message with your dates and party already written in, in English and in Greek; the hosts speak Greek, Albanian and some English. There is no online booking at the moment, and payment is in cash at the house.
How far is Marika's Apartments from the beach?
Potam Beach is about 800 metres away and Prinos Beach about 900 metres, both downhill from the house. Maraçi Beach is about 1.5 km, Spile Beach in Himarë about 1.7 km and Filikuri Bay about 1.8 km. The walk back up is a climb, so a car makes the hill easy.
What kind of rooms does Marika's Apartments have?
Four units: a 50 m² two-bedroom apartment and a 30 m² one-bedroom apartment, each with a private kitchen, a private terrace and a sea view; a 25 m² double room with a balcony and a sea view; and a double room looking at the mountains and the garden.
Is there parking at Marika's Apartments?
Yes. There is free private parking on site and you do not need to reserve a space. Because the house is on the hill above Potam, most of the coast is easier to reach by car, and the apartments are a good base for driving the Himarë and Dhërmi coast.
Can I bring a dog or a cat?
Yes. Pets are welcome at Marika's Apartments and there is no extra charge for them. Children of all ages are welcome too, but the house has no cots and no extra beds, so plan sleeping space around the beds in the unit you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can arrive at any time of day, but tell the hosts in advance roughly when you will get there so someone is at the house. Check-out is between 09:00 and 10:00. Payment is cash only, and breakfast is not served; the apartments have their own kitchens.
