Every room has a balcony, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. What changes between them is how many people fit and which way the balcony faces.

Deluxe Double Room with Sea View
A queen bed under a wave of concealed light, and a sliding door that opens straight onto the balcony and the bay. The furniture is quiet — sand plaster, brown ribbed linen, brass-toned lamps — because the window is doing the work. The bathroom is lined in caramel onyx tile with a walk-in shower.

Deluxe Double Room with Castle View
The one room in the house that faces Himarë Castle rather than the water. Same specification as the sea-view deluxe — queen bed, cove light above the headboard, walk-in shower — with a different thing to look at over coffee. There is a single room of this type, so ask for it by name.

Double Room with Sea View
A double bed, a balcony over the beach road, and the whole of Livadhi bay in front of it. Bed sizes vary between the individual rooms of this type — some have a full double, some a queen — so say if it matters when you book.

Faces inland. The balcony looks over the olive trees to the mountain wall behind Himarë, which changes colour through the day in a way the sea does not. A queen bed under a domed arc of light, and the same walk-in shower as every other room.

A double and a single in one room, with the balcony facing the water. If the sea triples are taken, the mountain triple is the same room facing the other way.
