Getting to the promenade

Hotel Veizi stands on the Spile promenade in the centre of Himarë, and Spile Beach begins across the paving from the front door. Maraçi Beach is about 300 metres along the shore, Prinos about 750 metres and Potam about 1.2 kilometres, so several beaches are within walking distance.

Two of the four room types face the sea: the Deluxe Double with Balcony and Sea View and the Deluxe Triple with Sea View, both 25 square metres with a balcony over Spile bay. The other two, a Deluxe Room and an 18-square-metre Double, face the mountain behind the town.

Breakfast is served on the hotel's roof terrace, above the promenade, with Spile bay and its headland in front of the tables. It is a continental buffet with fruit, cheese and juice, and with dishes chosen with children in mind, so a family can eat the first meal of the day looking at the sea.

Yes. The hotel has free private parking a short distance from the building, and no reservation is needed for it. That matters in the centre of Himarë, where a street space near the promenade is hard to find in summer. Inside, a lift saves carrying the luggage up the stairs to the rooms.

Children of every age are welcome at Hotel Veizi. The Deluxe Triple with Sea View sleeps four in a queen bed, a single bed and a sofa bed, and the Deluxe Room is set up for two adults and one child. Spile Beach is across the promenade, so the walk back for a nap is a short one.

The hotel is on the SH8 coastal road where it runs along the Spile promenade, in the centre of Himarë on the Albanian Riviera. The nearest airport is Vlorë International, about 83 kilometres north by road along the coast. The free car park is a short walk from the front door.

Hercules Restaurant, Sapore di Mare and Mojo Cafe Bar are all within 20 metres, and the promenade is lined with tavernas, cafés and gelato counters. The small harbour where the boat trips leave is along the same seafront, and Himarë's old town and castle sit on the hill above.
