A small house, kept by one family

We opened Villa Tonia in 2023, on the lane that climbs from Livadh beach into the olive groves. There are eight rooms, a pool, a garden and a bar under the pergola, and Iro and the family run it themselves.

The rooms are new and quiet, finished in white plaster, walnut and rose linen, with gold-veined marble-look bathrooms. Breakfast comes to your table by the pool or to your room. The beach is a short walk down the hill; Himarë town is a short drive along the coast.

How do I get to Villa Tonia from Vlorë airport?

The house is on the lane up from Livadh beach, with free private parking on site.

How do I pay, and can I bring a pet?

Payment at the house is in cash only, so bring cash for your stay. Pets are not allowed, the house is non-smoking throughout, and parties are not accepted. Check-in runs from 13:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 11:00.
