What the board is made of

One printed board, five sections, and a top line that sets the tone for the rest: All Day Breakfast. Nothing here is priced. Prices move through the season, and a price on a website outlives the board it was copied from.

The sections

01

All Day Breakfast

The board's first section and the longest — eggs, toast and sandwiches, served from opening to close rather than to a breakfast hour.

02

Salads

A full section of its own, built on tomato, cucumber, feta and olive oil.

03

Burgers & Fries

The savoury end of the board, set out on its own line with the fries above it.

04

Super Foods

Oats, yoghurt, chia and fruit — the lightest section on the board.

05

Pancakes

A section on its own rather than a line under breakfast, sweet and savoury both.

Coffee comes over ice, and the counter keeps a glass case that changes with the day.

Off the board

Things that arrive anyway

Cakes brought out whole and cut where they stand, and trays put together to be carried down to the pebbles. None of it is printed anywhere.

Two takeaway trays of small fried pastries, one under berry sauce and icing sugar, one under kiwi and crushed biscuit
Two trays, sent out to be carried down to the beach

Working out where else to eat first thing? The Himarë guide's breakfast round-up covers the rest of the coast.
