St. Nicolas

Spile · Himarë

The top floor is
a pool and a kitchen.

A lap pool along the deck with crocheted parasols beside it, and tables carried out to the glass balustrade with the whole bay underneath. Breakfast in the morning; the kitchen and the bar through the evening.

Crocheted parasols and rattan chairs on the roof terrace, the sea beyond the balustrade

The pool

One long pool set into the deck, loungers and parasols down its length, and glass on the seaward side so nothing interrupts the bay. Access is included in the rate for every room.

Breakfast

Continental and buffet, with Italian, vegetarian, vegan and halal options — warm dishes, pastries, pancakes, cheese, fruit and juice — and it is in every rate.

The restaurant and bar

The kitchen and the bar share the terrace with the pool. Tables run out to the balustrade, and the sun goes down over the water in front of them.

Dishes on a table on the roof at sunset, palms and the bay behind

Evening

The sun sets off the front of the building.

The bay faces west across the Ionian, so the last hour of light lands on the terrace rather than behind it.
