Five things come with the room, whichever room you take.
Breakfast on the roof. The spa. An umbrella and two loungers on the town beach, sixty metres from the door. Parking. And the pool up on the roof, with the bar beside it. Seven room types, and the rate carries all five of those against every one of them.
The rate
The rooms differ. The rate does not.
Most hotels on this coast sell you a room and then sell you the morning, the sunbed and the parking space separately. Here the five things beside this paragraph come with whichever room you take, from the thirty-square-metre double to the seventy-five-metre suite on the top floor.
So the only real question is which room. And the rooms differ on three things: how big, which way they face, and what stands in the bathroom.
The roof
The pool, the kitchen and the bar are all on the top floor.
A lap pool on the deck, crocheted parasols along its edge, and tables set out to the glass balustrade with the bay underneath. Breakfast is served up here in the morning and the kitchen and bar carry on into the evening.

The lobby is laid in terrazzo with oversized triangular aggregate, under an arch. Below the guest floors there is a spa and wellness centre, and a fitted gym with cardio machines, resistance stations and a heavy bag.

Where it stands
Between the coast road and the pedestrian street.
Spile is the old quarter of Himarë, at the town end of the bay. Rruga Jorgji Bollano — the coast road — passes within fifteen metres of the building, and the pedestrian Rruga 2 Dhjetori runs a few steps further. The beach starts about sixty metres away, and four more follow it down the coast.

Before you book
- Is breakfast included?
- Yes. Breakfast is part of every rate and is served on the roof — continental and buffet, with Italian, vegetarian, vegan and halal options.
- Is there a pool?
- There is a pool on the roof, with a deck, loungers and a bar beside it. Access is included in the rate.
- How far is the beach?
- Plazhi i Himarës, the town's public beach, is about sixty metres from the door. Every rate includes one umbrella and sun loungers on it. Marachi Beach is 200 metres further along, and Prinos is about 600 metres.
- Is parking available?
- Free private parking is on site, with an accessible bay. Reserve a space when you book — the number is limited.
- Is there a spa?
- Yes. The spa and wellness centre, and the gym, are both in the building, and spa access is included in the rate.
- Can I bring a pet?
- No. Pets are not allowed, and the whole hotel is smoke-free.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check in from 14:00 until 23:30. Check out by 11:00. The front desk is staffed around the clock.
- Which rooms have a bath?
- The Junior Suite with bath tub has a freestanding bath in the bathroom. Suite 305 and the Presidential Suite have a bath standing in the room itself. Every other room type has a walk-in shower.
