Platinium stands on its own cove on the Rruga e Vilave at Dhërmi: a restaurant and bar over the water, ranks of square parasols on the shingle below, and rooms with balconies on the slope above them.

The listing records the property as beachfront with a private beach area, parasols and loungers. Three of the photographs it publishes are drone frames of exactly that: its own parasols, set out in ranks on the shingle, and a boat at its jetty.
The main Dhërmi beach as OpenStreetMap draws it is a separate stretch about 800 metres down the coast. The cove in these frames is not that beach, and is not a named polygon on any map read for this site.
