Over Qeparo Beach
Qeparo Beach ligt langs de waterkant van het dorp Qeparo, het ingetogen alternatief voor de drukkere stadsstranden van Himara. De kust is kiezelig maar de zeebodem gaat na een paar meter over in zacht zand, met een zachte helling die kinderen en minder zekere zwemmers past. Een aangename promenade met stenen tegels, ouderwetse lantaarns en een handvol restaurants en bars loopt achter het strand, en zelfs in augustus ligt een rustige plek meestal op korte loopafstand. Let op: het historische Qeparo i Sipërm (Oud Qeparo) ligt boven op de heuvel — het strand hoort bij de lagere, moderne nederzetting Qeparo.
