From Himarë town centre — the promenade where most of the town's restaurants stand — the walk follows the shore south and takes about twenty minutes at an unhurried pace. In a straight line, over the water, it is shorter still — but there is no straight line to walk, and the driving route is much longer, because the road climbs inland before it comes back down to the beach.
Once you are on Potami Beach the restaurant is on the sand, not set back from it. Aim for the timber pergola on the shore.
