How far is Llabrini from Dhërmi Beach?
About 150 metres, a two-minute walk down the camp road from the door. Piratet restaurant is 100 metres away and Yacht Bar 200 metres, so the sand, a table and a coffee are all on foot. Palasa Beach is 1.6 kilometres north and Gjipe Beach 4.6 kilometres south.
Is Llabrini the same place as Hotel Villa Petro or Hotel Dhërmi?
Yes. Llabrini is the house on the camp road in Dhërmi that has traded as Vila Nino, Hotel Villa Petro and Hotel Rooms JF. Its rooms are sold on Booking.com under the name Hotel Dhërmi, so that is the name a confirmation from Booking.com will carry.
Can I pay by card at Llabrini?
No. Llabrini takes cash only, so bring euros or Albanian lek for the stay. Booking.com holds the reservation, and the room is settled in cash at the house. A cash machine and the beach-road shops are a short walk from the door.
Is there parking at Llabrini?
Yes. Parking is free and private, inside the yard of the house, so the car stays off the road overnight. Reserve a space together with the room. The yard is reached from the camp road that runs down from the SH8 to Dhërmi Beach.
What are the rooms like at Llabrini?
Family rooms for up to four, with doubles and singles and bunks in some rooms. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe and a fridge. The balconies sit under canvas awnings, some with a view over the rooftops to the sea, and some rooms have a kitchenette.
Does Llabrini have a pool or serve breakfast?
No. There is no pool and no breakfast at Llabrini. The beach is 150 metres away, and Piratet, Yacht Bar and the other cafés and restaurants of the Dhërmi beach road are within a few minutes' walk. Rooms with a kitchenette have a hob, sink and fridge for making your own.
What time is check-in and check-out at Llabrini?
Check-in runs from 09:30 to 23:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Children of all ages are welcome, though the house has no cots or extra beds. Parties are not allowed. Reception speaks English and Italian, and the house has free Wi-Fi in every part of it.
How do I get to Llabrini in Dhërmi?
Leave the SH8 coast road at Dhërmi and follow the camp road, Rruga e Kampit, down towards the beach. The house is on that road, 150 metres above the sand. Himarë is about 19 kilometres south along the SH8, and Vlorë lies north, beyond Llogara.
The 150-metre walk
Down the camp road, a table at Piratet comes first and the white pebbles of Dhërmi Beach straight after. Further along the coast, Palasa to the north and the canyon cove at Gjipe to the south. Old Dhërmi village sits on the hill above.
