Why only these words

Nothing on this site describes the gelato in language the shop has not used itself. Where a word on a sign does not resolve in the photograph beside it, it is left out rather than guessed. There is no menu published, no list of flavours and no schedule of hours, so none appears here. What is on is what is in the cabinet on the day.
