Worth saying plainly, because a hotel on a beach in Albania is often assumed to have all of it. What it has instead is its own area of umbrellas and loungers on the beach across the road.

The SH8 runs past the door.

Potam is on the coastal trunk road south of Himarë town, and the road is the way in however you come. Parking on site is free and needs no reservation, which on this strip in August is worth more than the space it takes up.

How far is Hotel Prinos from the beach?
The beach begins about 37 metres from the front of the building, with the SH8 coastal road in between at roughly 19 metres. It is a short, flat crossing from the door, and the hotel keeps its own area of umbrellas and loungers there. The shore along this stretch is pale pebble rather than sand, so bring something for your feet.
Do all the rooms at Hotel Prinos have a sea view?
Yes. All three published room types carry a balcony and a sea view, and each is soundproofed, air-conditioned and fitted with a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. There is no hillside-facing or interior room in the listing.
Does Hotel Prinos take credit cards?
No. The property is cash only, so bring enough cash for the stay and for anything taken at the restaurant or the minimarket. Rooms can be reserved online without a card, but payment at the property is in cash.
