Hotel Prinos sits on the SH8, the coastal trunk road that carries the whole of this shoreline. That is the trade: the door opens onto the road that gets you here and parks your car for free, and the beach begins on the other side of it. In July and August there is traffic. Every published room type is soundproofed.

The mirror

A large round mirror is fixed on the wall opposite the balcony door. It does something useful: from the bed, with your back to the door, the sea is still in the room. It is why the same circle marks every specification on this site.
The room
There is one room here, and it is between 21 and 23 square metres.
Three rows appear in the booking channel and two of them carry the same name. They differ by a square metre and by whether the beds are one large one or three singles. Everything else — the balcony, the aspect, the soundproofing, the air conditioning, the bathroom, the refrigerator, the television — is the same in all of them. So this site describes the room once.

The restaurant cooks Greek and Italian and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with vegetarian dishes and a buffet the children will actually eat. Breakfast is continental and American. There is a coffee house and a minimarket in the same block, so the coffee and the things you forgot to pack are both on the ground floor.

Potam is a strip of shore south of Himarë town. The beaches run one into the next along the SH8, so a day here can be a walk rather than a drive. They are listed near to far. Which of them you wake up on is most of what separates one beachfront stay here from the next.
