Himarë's seafront runs along Rruga 2 Dhjetori, a pedestrian street with the beach on one side and a close-packed row of kitchens on the other. Walking it, one green and yellow terrace stands out — painted ladder-backed chairs, a cream awning stretched over them, and a glass balustrade along the seaward edge.
That is us. The tables are out on the promenade under the awning rather than behind a doorway.

A stretched cream awning on white posts covers most of the tables, and woven pendant lampshades hang from its frame. The chairs are painted timber, ladder-backed and green; most of the tabletops are yellow, with a few bare timber tops on dark metal frames.
Beyond the glass balustrade the paving runs on to a railing, and below that is Spile beach and then the Ionian. Pines stand along the shore in front of the tables, and more of them cover the headland that closes the bay.
