Cibo, mare
e terra.
Food, sea and land. An Italian kitchen under a thatched roof on the Potam shore, open every day from 08:00 until 23:00.

The terrace at dusk, when the lamps come on under the thatch.
The name
Cibo, mare e terra is Italian for food, sea and land. The restaurant prints it as Çibo Mare & Terra, under a gold fish stamped at the head of the card and lit in yellow on the sign over the terrace.
It is a description rather than a flourish. The card is set in sections, each one headed between asterisks, and two of them come out of the sea while one comes off the land.
The card, counted
Two sections come out of the water and one off the land. The beam below is drawn at the angle those counts give it.

Tagliatelle Mare E Terra
octopus and porcini, in one bowl
At the fulcrum sits the plate the restaurant is named for: Tagliatelle Mare E Terra — octopus, porcini, tomato confit, garlic, parsley. One animal out of the sea, one mushroom off the land, in the same bowl.
The plates

Grilled octopus, on the yellow.
Tagliatelle, with fish.
Berries, dried pineapple, sugar across the slate.
Under the thatch
A dried-reed roof, rattan lamps hung at different heights, a hedge wall carrying the name in script, and tables laid on stone.
The kitchen runs straight through the day, so the same terrace does a morning coffee and a dinner under the lamps.
And the rest of it
