Getting to Aquariumi
An olive grove behind Jalë beach, a side road down from the SH8 coast road, 13 km by road north of Himarë.
By car from Himarë
Take the SH8 coast road north from Himarë towards Dhërmi and turn off for Jalë near Vuno. A paved side road winds down towards the bay; the camp is in the olive grove behind the beach. From the Himarë promenade it is about 13 km, 25 to 30 minutes.
By bus
There is no bus down to Jalë itself. Minibuses on the Himarë to Vlorë road can let you off at the Jalë turn-off on the SH8, and from there it is a steep walk of 20 to 30 minutes down the side road. Text us before you set off.
On foot to the sea
Jalë beach is about 300 metres from the camp, five minutes downhill. Aquarium Bay is about 800 metres away in a straight line, over the headland to the south-east, and Livadh beach about 1.5 km further round the coast.
