Taverna Lefteri has never been run by anyone outside it.

How it started
Our father Lefteri opened the taverna in 1998, with our mother Mirela and with our grandmother Maria. It is the oldest restaurant in Himarë.
Today the three of us run it — Toqi, Vangjel and Mariana. The kitchen has kept the two lines carved under the name on the sign: fresh seafood and traditional dishes. Everything else follows from that.
