Rondo's Restaurant is part of the hotel rather than a separate address — the same door, the same people. It opens onto a walled terrace between the building and the coast road, under a scalloped cream awning, with bougainvillea over the stone gate posts and the water beyond them.

Three kitchens that have shared this coast for a long time. Himarë sits close enough to Corfu that the Greek half of that is not a menu decision so much as a fact of the place — Greek and English are both spoken at the desk.
