The balcony
All five room types are sold with one, and it is the part of the room you will use. A table, two chairs, a hanging rattan chair on a rope, a terracotta pot — and beyond the rail, the bay, the moorings and the pine headland that closes it.
Rooms look out over the sea or over the town. The sea-facing ones are the reason to book early.

A few steps down
The hotel stands on the SH8 where it runs along the Himarë seafront, a few steps from Spile Beach. Guests scored the location 9.2 on Booking.com — the highest mark the property earns on anything, and 9.3 from couples.
Shops, restaurants, cash machines and the town are on the same short stretch of road. Himarë Castle stands on the hill behind.

The white house
Three tiers of balconies in white render, under timber eaves and terracotta pantiles, with the name in gilt letters across the front and a coiled spiral for a mark.
There is a lift, a lounge and a coffee shop, an outdoor seating area and a sun terrace, room service, daily housekeeping and somewhere to leave bags. Every room is non-smoking, and some of them take families.

Inside
White walls, pine bedframes, rattan pendant lamps and woven wall hangings — the same few materials in every room, and nothing on the walls that competes with the door.
Each room has air conditioning, a private bathroom, a tea and coffee maker, a hairdryer and free toiletries. WiFi is free throughout and guests score it 9.0.
